Monograph published on librarians' competences in citizen science

Kaunas University of Technology has published a new monograph, "Bibliotekininkų kompetencijos, įgalinančios įsitraukimą į piliečių mokslo veiklas" (Librarians' competences enabling engagement in citizen science activities), prepared on the basis of research from the international project "University libraries strengthening the academia-society connection through citizen science in the Baltics" (LibOCS), carried out in 2022-2024.

The monograph analyses which competences are needed by librarians who want to take an active part in citizen science activities and become intermediaries between researchers and society.
